Kanawha
Valley Internet, “West Virginia’s Lowest Cost, No
Gimmicks, Internet Service Provider” is a West Virginia
owned and operated company. Our goal from the beginning has been
to provide the citizens of this state with fast, affordable and
reliable Internet service.
Kanawha Valley Internet started operation in Danville,
West Virginia in the Danville Shopping Plaza. We signed up our
first customers on August 9, 1999. Due to the large number of
inquiries about our service from Logan County we opened a Location
there on February 21, 2000. For Logan, we chose the historic Aracoma
Hotel for our site. This hotel was built in 1917 and among its
guests were Eleanor Roosevelt and John F Kennedy. It was also
the Headquarters of Sheriff Don Chafin during the Battle of Blair
Mountain in 1921.
After realizing great success in these communities, we decided it
was time to provide high quality service to an even larger portion
of the state. We began searching for a new home and located out
office in downtown Charleston.
Since then, we have continued to provide our quality service to the
entire state. We dedicate a great deal of our resources to making
your internet experience the best possible.
While everybody else seems to be outsourcing, KVINet is committed to
keeping jobs right here in West Virginia. Our Support and Service is
provided by West Virginians. We don't think you should have to learn
a foreign language to get technical support!
